Eric Krodel of The Ashton Real Estate Group of #REMAX Elite, the #1 #RealEstate team in #Nashville and #Tennessee, as well as the Official Real Estate Team of the #Titans and now officially endorsed by Barbara Corcoran has had a very busy couple of weeks.

He’s been working with clients from all over the country!   On Tuesday, his clients from Vermont closed on their new home in the Hermitage area, after he successfully navigated many obstacles that were threatening to delay the close and helped keep both anxious buyers and sellers focused on the goal. 

A few days before that, he was working with a musician from L.A. to find the ideal house in the West Meade area, that could have room for an in-house studio and the right yard configuration for a tour bus garage.  And tomorrow he sets out looking at homes in East Nashville and Brentwood with a couple moving up from Florida, who hope to be in a home by the holidays.

On Wednesday, he attended specialized mortgage training with Armando SanMiguel of AmerisBank to learn more about alternative government mortgage programs such as those offered by FHA and VA. 

In his spare time, Eric is utilizing his analytical skills (previously a CFO and a CPA) to develop a financial model to serve his selling clients to better price their homes.  

Eric sums up this price-setting work as, “Too low is money left on the table and too high is time, money and joy fretted away as otherwise likely buyers keep going.  When my clients list their homes, I treat the offering price preparation as if they’re about to sell their largest asset – which in many cases, it is.  There’s no room for soft analysis, finger-in-the-wind home pricing.”
