Mark Needs an Extra Day to Keep Up!!!

2012 started well for Mark O’Connell, on New Years day he met with his clients from Maryland and showed 12 properties in Murfreesboro, Brentwood and Antioch during the day. These were all three bedroom single family homes between $90,000 to $ 145,000.

Monday was spent helping 13 new clients / leads with their property searches.

Tuesday was spent helping existing clients with their property search and arranging viewings for an out of state client from Texas for Thursday.

On Wednesday Mark attended RE/MAX Training on Mainstreet and Leadstreet and had meetings with potential partners aimed at starting a new chapter of Business Network International (BNI), the world’s most successful networking organization).

On Thursday, Mark meet with out of state clients from Texas and showed 16 properties, all three bedroom single family homes in Antioch, Donelson, Bellevue and downtown Nashville ranging between $ 75,000 and $ 130,000.

On Friday, he meet with these same clients to write up an offer on a single family home in Antioch and then attended a meeting with their closing attorney. This property is listed by another Realtor in the The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite, Jarrod Curcio.

Next week promises to be just as busy with roadtrips arranged with two separate clients relocating from Chicago and for Long Island, New York.
