Earlier this week, Aerial Development Group revealed plans to develop a 10-acre community in East Nashville that will include 62 cottage-style homes that range from 1,250 square feet to 2,400 square feet. The project, being called East Greenway Park, will be Aerial’s largest project to date in the company’s short five year history, not to mention the largest cottage-style development to hit the East Nashville area as well.
Along with all the charming cottages, the 1,300 square foot home at the corner of Eastland and Rosebank will also be restored or rebuilt by Aerial, which will eventually be commercial space for perhaps a coffee shop, cafe, or bakery.
Perhaps the biggest selling points behind homes for sale at East Greenway Park will be the community’s diversity, walkability, and accessibility to the Greenway, which are three elements that are important to those already living in the Rosebank neighborhood. In addition, Aerial also plans to save 41% of the already existing trees on the 10-acre building site, also something that current neighbors had concerns about.
As for details or specifics about the future homes of East Greenway Park, not much else has been released at this point, aside from the price range, which will be between $225,000 and $375,000—a price point that the developer believes is in very high demand right now.
Construction for the development is expected to begin as early as this fall with first homes projected to be delivered by early summer 2016.
