Nashville is full of fun and has plenty to do. The food scene has grown over the past decade and continues to become one of the highlights of the city. If you want to discover what Nashville has to offer, you can, with the Tennessee Bites. They offer Nashville Food Tours, which provide the perfect opportunity to walk, talk and taste everything Music City offers.
As you take your tour, you'll get to sample food from six different spots. Along with the sampling, you will have a guide sharing all kinds of knowledge about the city, the restaurants in the city and the history behind it all. This is a unique journey that at the Country Music Hall of Fame and makes its way down Broadway to downtown Nashville. You will not only learn about the food scene, but also about many historic landmarks.
If you're new to the city, this type of tour is perfect for introducing you to what Music City is all about. As you discover some of the unique foods, you can start building your own list of restaurants to visit, as you search for your new favorite. You won't be sent home hungry, but you also want be left in a food coma. Most people are more than satisfied at the end, but if you're not, you can visit one of the restaurants for a full meal after.
Tours are held Tuesday through Sunday from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Your entry fee includes all the food and water served throughout the tour. Alcohol is available for purchase through the restaurants, as well. The cost is $42 per person. Tours are held rain or shine and it's recommended that you wear comfortable shoes you can walk in. The tour will meet across from the Country Music Hall of Fame and once you've registered, you'll receive an email with the exact meeting location.
