Seems that the market for buying homes in Nashville is still strong. many of the agents on the team are reporting that they are seeing no real signs of the seasonal slow down.
We have two agents with cash buyers looking in the $2-5M range which solidifies the closing last week by Paula Piskie with her team client for $2.7M in the Governors Club in Brentwood TN.
It's clear that the market in Nashville is still a buyers market but if you are selling in Nashville and buying in Nashville you'll still get the benefit of the buying power when you come to make your purchase. Losing a little on the sale can facilitate some great bargaining power when it comes to negotiating the purchase of the new home.
