It's been an emotional week for Dean Williams. While real estate is booming, his family was preparing for his wife to undergo a scary surgery. We're excited to report the surgery went smoothly and she was released Thursday afternoon and is recovering well at home, while their 2-year-old daughter plays "Doc McStuffins" to make her feel better.
Out in the field, Dean has been very busy. He listed a house in Bradford Hills on Monday, generating many immediate showings, and received multiple offers. They are now under contract and the seller couldn't be more excited.
He spent time working with multiple buyers, as well, who are looking at homes all around the Nashville area. He has shown homes in Green Hills, around Lipscomb, down in Thompsons Station, as well as around the Percy Priest Lake area. He met with an investor, who works in the music industry, and is interested in renovating and selling homes in Crieve Hall, Caldwell Hall, Glencliff and Woodbine areas. All of which are in high demand!
He also met with a past client who has a growing family and is ready to move from their first home, in Matlock Townhomes, to a single-family home in Williamson County.
He also met with a buyer in the music industry who has found success in Nashville and is ready to set up roots and buy a home, possibly with a studio space. They'll be looking for homes for sale in Mount Juliet, Cane Ridge and Nashville.
Lastly, Dean is very proud to be a part of The Ashton Real Estate Group of REMAX Elite, the #1 #RealEstate team in #Nashville and #Tennessee, the official real estate team of the Tennessee #Titans and exclusively endorsed by Barbara Corcoran. While Dean cared for his wife in the hospital, a TAREG Realtor, Tommy Lea, took the time to meet with some of Dean's clients to show them property. In this market, buyers need to see homes when they hit the market, and The Ashton Real Estate Group made sure that was possible.
