On April 5th, 2012, Bluerock Real Estate, LLC acquired the Grove at Waterford Apartments in Hendersonville, a neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee. This apartment complex was built in 2010, and is a Class-A garden-style community. There are 12 three-story buildings that house 252 apartments.

Bluerock has made a habit of co-investing with local expert companies across the nation in order to bring large profits to both companies as well as a high quality are to live in. The company made no exception in their acquisition of the Grove at Waterford, going in with Bell Partners to purchase the property for $27 million.

Bell Partners is going to leverage its local expertise alongside of Bluerock’s 60 years of real estate experience in order to develop the Grove at Waterford into an even more appealing place to live from both current and prospective residents of Nashville. Their plans to improve the property have not yet been publicly announced, but are sure to be great given the experience and reputation of both companies.

The Grove at Waterford Apartments is a gated community with a resort-style pool, a brand-new fitness center, and a very useful business center that children can also use for homework. All of the units have nice Hotpoint brand appliances with laminate countertops, double-bowl stainless steel sinks and walk-in closets in the bedroom. It is situated along Old Hickory Lake giving great views from many windows and patios in the neighborhood. Being along the lake also creates a quiet place to live while still being close to a medium-sized, developed city in Nashville.

These apartments are great opportunities to move into class-A real estate in the fastest growing suburb of metro Nashville. There are great places to eat and to shop, as well as high quality healthcare and a top notch schooling system in the area, making for a great place for families big and small to relocate into.
