January 2012 was a great start to the year for Jonny with 3 closings!
The first of these was a happy couple who finally got to close on a short sale in Hendersonville that they'd been trying to piece together for months!
The other 2 were listings in the East Nashville and Bellevue areas. The East Nashville closing was the product of another successful house flip he orchestrated for one of his investors!
Closings aside, I believe Jonny spent 20 or more days out looking at homes with over 10 different clients throughout the month. The fruits of these outings resulted in 6 offers! 4 of these have already been negotiated and 2 more are still going back and forth, hopefully to come to an agreement soon!

Jennifer Wray moved to Nashville from California where she sold real estate so she has a great insight into the real estate values here and in California.

Dean Williams is off to a great start after recently joining the Ashton Group.
He picked up a new buyer from New Jersey looking for townhomes around the Vanderbilt and West End area in the $250,000 range.
He has a first-time home buyer couple excited about the Lenox Village and south Nashville area, and a family looking to upgrade from their Antioch home to the Autumn Oaks subdivision in Brentwood.

Tanya Turner had another great week this week showing property and working hard to get two contracts accepted for two of her clients.
In the days to follow Tanya will be buzzing all over town as she has more clients flying in to see property with her in addition to her clients here locally.

Jason had a little bit of everything this week!
He successfully negotiated a contract in the Fredricksburg Townhomes subdivision, wrote 2 offers... one in East Nashville on an investment property and one HUD home in Antioch, and is negotiating an offer received on his condo listing in Brighton Village.
This weekend he'll be watching some football (soccer!! Chelsea v Manchester United) and showing homes in the $150 range in Nashville and $200k range in Crieve Hall.

Happy to report that the year is off to a great start.
I have been more active in my first January with TAREG than any other January in my 10 year Nashville Real Estate Career.
Contract on a new listing this week for over $700k, new contract for $175k today, showings at $800k tomorrow w a lunch at the Governor's Club, closing today at $175k, closing early next week for $130k, and expecting a cash buyer from N. Carolina at the beginning of the week. In his words "I'm coming to town to buy". I like the sound of that.

Mark showed out of state clients properties in the $1,000,0000 to $ 1,500,000 price to clients from Washington DC. These properties were in The Governors Club, Annandale and Brass Lantern developments in Brentwood.
On Tuesday he showed clients from Texas lakefront properties in Old Hickory and wrote a back up contract for a short sale at just over $500,000.
Thursday was spent in further training and taking team photographs while Friday was spent helping clients with their property searches.

John Gilbert has had a busy week listing and showing homes.
John has just listed a great home in Mt. Juliet a 3,200 square foot, 5 bedroom, great open floor plan on a ½ acre built in 2009 will all the upgrades possible for only $299,900. John also has a couple here from Boston this weekend that he is sowing homes from Sylvan Park to Brentwood in $350K price range.
John has been very busy and looks forward to more showings this weekend.
