Nick has had a great couple of weeks for real estate in Nashville.

He closed his first sale with the team in Antioch at $117k.  Today he is closing his second sale with the team on a house in East Nashville right at $240k.  Congrats to Scarlett on her new house!  He met another set of clients that are closing in 2 weeks on a house in West Nashville, to meet their carpet guy there. 

He has been working hard following up and on TAREG VFD. 

He has new clients moving here from Virigina, California, Memphis, and Texas.  Nick is also managing to find time show more property. He is showing real estate around Hendersonville/Gallatin area in the $250k-350k range tomorrow with a client that is moving here locally.

I'm so glad to be with The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite and very excited for things to come :-) 

I've been corresponding with a music executive from Australia who's looking to invest in the Music Row area. I also have some first time homebuyers from St. Louis moving to Nashville in a couple months who are looking at homes and condos in the West End/Vandy neighborhoods.

In the meantime I've been taking extra real estate classes and I even got a new headshot! 2012 is going to be a great year for real estate in Nashville!

Missy Davidson has had a fast start to 2012 and she congratulates her clients from California and Mississippi on the purchase of their homes in Franklin and Hendersonville in January.

The last few weeks have kept Missy busy showing homes to 5 new buyer clients who are looking for homes ranging from Green Hills to Spring Hill.

She also has a client building new construction in Hermitage at the Villages of Riverwood by Beazer Homes which will be completed in the Spring or early Summer.

Missy is very excited about her new listing coming up at the end of the month in Franklin in the Cottonwood neighborhood in Williamson County.

I have Armando SanMiguel of Brand mortgage working his magic on a pre-quailifying for a Florida couple moving back to Hendersonville after realizing Nashville is THE place to be.

So excited to be helping a Belmont student moving here in may from Chicago, writing her very first contract on a condo.

Jason brought a new listing to the team this week.  131 Baily Collins Drive in Smyrna

It's a great one-level brick house in Smyrna for $123k.  It has a nice sized  (and flat!) fenced back yard and the house has many updates.  Jason has two upcoming closings, both are condos in the Nipper's Corner area.  

In addition to working on getting the new listings Jason showed houses in the $150k range all week, and is working on helping a Canadian musician get financing and relocate to Nashville!

Jason does find a way to mix business with pleasure as he also has a strong interest in drumming...which seems to be a team trait as we have a number of musically inclined team members. After all we are based in Music City!!!!

Just like the rest of the team on The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite Paula really is noticing a very positive increase in the Nashville real estate activity and hopes that the renewed confidence in the market will continue for the rest of the year.

Jarrod had a great week in real estate. 

He was named top producer by Carrie Zeier at the RE/MAX Elite team meeting for The Ashton Real Estate Group in the month of January. To continue with that achievement he capped off the week by writing an offer on a foreclosure in Charlotte and getting an offer accepted on a foreclosure in Nashville. 

Jarrod also received an offer on one of his listings in Portland TN and picked up two new listings that will be hitting the market shortly.  One in Portland and one in Madison that will be a short sale.

Jarrod continues to show that being on the #1 real estate team with RE/MAX in Tennessee and Nashville can really boost an agents real estate career by taking advantage of the leads the team generates as well
