SOLD! Terri Williams of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite  closed yet another home today and the home sold for over the seller’s asking price.

Well done, Terri!  She is now working a land offer and has showings scheduled throughout the holiday weekend.

Looks like the end of summer season is wrapping up well for her.

Here is a testimonial for Terri from the sellers of her listing:
"This morning, we closed on the sale of our home of 15 years.

Steve and I prayed and believed together that the house was sold before the sign went up so when the For Sale sign was placed in the yard, the buyer appeared!

Thanks to Terri Williams for putting that sign in the yard and helping us close the deal. Way to sell a house in ONE day!

One thing that draws people to Nashville and sets it apart from other cities is its music. What makes Nashville even better is the fact that it is so much more than just the final products and performances.

It is so much more than just famous singers who made it big and were born here. It is a place that explores how music starts from the very beginning. There are a number of songwriter clubs in Nashville, for example, that play a huge role in the development of music in the city.
