Barbara is leaving for a trip she won as “The Realtor to show the most Regent builder’s homes”! The trip is to Houston, TX., with the Tennessee Titans, game is New Year’s Day. Prior to that … showings included Green Hills( $400k), new clients from Las Vegas moving to Williamson County ($300k), and model home sitting at Brentwood’s Windstone (Southernland/Ford home builders)($900k). Oh! And an offer is in negotiations for a (Regent) home listing in Antioch ($199k) !

Barbara’s 2012 is looking great, as she hopes to double her number of closings!

"Hey Gary, It has been a busy holiday season and start to The Ashton Real Estate Group for me. 

Before Christmas, I was showing town houses in Antioch and East Nashville.  The day after Christmas, I was back in Antioch, showing town houses to the same client and wrote a contract for a new town house in the Matlock neighborhood for just under $120,000.  We got the final signatures on the contract this week and it set to close by the end of January, my first contract with the team! 

My client that I have been showing downtown condos and East Nashville homes to has narrowed down her search area and has found a couple of historic homes in East Nashville that have made the list.  

This week, I met with new clients, that I got from VFD, looking at

Jarrod had a great ending to a fantastic year in 2011

He had a closing in Gallatin and closed on a listing in Portland TN. Jarrod also showed homes in Hendersonville TN to an out of town buyer and met with a referral couple looking to buy their first home in Madison.

He is rounding out the year showing homes this weekend to two different clients in Nashville TN.

2012 looks like it is going to be an even busier year selling real estate!

In the past 30-45 days I have had 5 closings including sitting in one right now in tollgate village thompson station for $226k with young first time buyers john and kali souder.

 I love helping others buy a home! Looking forward to 2012 clients and a big thanks to all my 2011 clients that made this year fun and exciting!

Bradley Barrett has had a great end of the year after selling two homes over $500,000 and some other properties to take his sales volume for December to well over $1 Million.

The increase in registrations and showing requests is really starting the prime season for real estate early.

Having talked to some of the agents that have listings over $2,000,000 they have also seen an increase in the number of showings...and have noted that the realtors with The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite have been bringing a lot of the potential buyers.

Mark O'Connell has been showing clients in the $1-2M price range and looks like they will be making an offer in the very ner future.

LeAnne Constantine with The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had an unexpectedly very busy December. 

3 new clients in one week, all referrals from past clients :) One looking at homes in Nashville just under $200K and two in the $400-500K price range.

LeAnne has an accepted a 2 year lease agreement on her Avalon listing and preparing for a closing on the 29th at just under $600K. 

Everyone is looking forward to the RE/MAX Elite Christmas Party at Nashville's City Club tonight.

Jarrod Curcio of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite in Nashville TN has had an extremely busy week in real estate.

He listed 2 homes in Portland TN this week with 1 already in contract!  He also had a closing in Greenbrier and is showing 3 different first time buyers homes in Madison, Goodlettsville, Nashville and Hendersonville. 

Jarrod also contracted on a foreclosure lot with an out of town buyer who is looking to custom build in Leipers Fork. 2012 is looking like its going to be a great year too!

I have clients coming in town this weekend to look at homes in the Green Hills area of Nashville TN.  I’m also working an offer on a condo in the West Nashville area.  I have another closing on Monday in the $330’s. 

In addition Also finalized an offer on a home in Murfreesboro TN which is scheduled to close in January 2012 which will be a great start to the new year!

December has been a busy month for real estate to say the least!!!!

Here is the latest update from Nick on his week in real estate with The Ashton Real Estate Group.

"PHEW!  What a couple of weeks. Between showings and keeping up with cleints it has been a whirlwind of a week.  I have been all over and showing everything.

Last Saturday and Sunday I was showing condos downtown to 2 different clients one in the $225k range and the other in the under $150k range.  We looked at some great deals in the Bennie Dillon building and Fifth and Main.

Monday I spent the day showing some out of town clients looking in the Mount Juliet, Hendersonville and Gallatin areas.  And then a cleint looking at a condo in the University Square building that is a steal of a price at just under $110k.

Tuesday and Wednesday I spend catching up

Tommy Lea of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite is staying busy with real estate and is getting caught up after a two week honeymoon in Belgium and Ireland.

His primary focus is finding an 80+ year old client a home close to her daughter here in Nashville after she left Joplin, MO due to the devastating tornado there.

Tommy is also working with a number of clients from his data base who he manages to keep intouch with and regularly reviews their searches to make sure they are getting exactly the kind of updates they are looking for.
