Thanksgiving week, and Barbara Childs wrapped up with two closings! One in Franklin downtown for justov er $200k, and one in Mt Juliet $170k!
Both clients were introduced to Barbara thru The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elites internet presence!
Barbara has also been spending time in the model home at Winstone, in Brentwood this week – helping out during the Thanksgiving schedule.

It has been an awesome week. I have been busy showing, showing and showing more houses. Wednesday afternoon, I was showing houses in Hendersonville to a client moving in from Montreal. He is thinking about New Construction.
Thursday, I stuffed myself with Turkey and dessert.
And Friday and Saturday, I showed houses to 3 different clients.
The first has moved to the Hendersonville area from Clarksville, looking in the $350k range, the second is looking for a house for his daughter and some roommates to living in while she is in school at Fisk University and Vanderbilt University. Third was a family looking in the Scales Elementary School District in Williamson County. They are getting ready to make an offer on a house just under the

Renee Rathburn had a busy week on The Ashton Real Estate Group team.
She worked with a Buyer & their family relocating from Georgia. "What a nice family, I’m honored to be working with such good folks." said Renee.
In addition to out of town clients she had a walk through for a new construction condo set to close next week. If all that wasn’t enough Renee (a true southern cook) cooked the entire Thanksgiving meal, all made from scratch for her entire family.
We all have so much to be thankful for!

Missy Davidson's listing in Spring Hill Tennessee has closed this past week. Another great week for selling homes in the Nashville area with The Ashton Real Estate Group.
Spring Hill is located just south of Nashville and is tucked in between two communities of Franklin and Columbia. It continues to be an up and coming area.
Missy also has clients that closed on their home in the historic area of Belmont in Nashville. With many clients coming in town, she continues to have viewings in the downtown area - penhouse condos- as well as homes in the Bellvue area.
All in all its been a great year so far for Missy and there still 6 weeks left until 2012!

Mark had a number of viewings this week around the Donelson area with a further six viewings arranged for this weekend. Donelson is an area of Nashville just near the I40 interstate and the Nashville International airport
No rest for the wicked as Mark has more clients coming in from afar over the Thanksgiving weekend from the United Kingdom, Nebraska and Michigan for 4 days of viewings from Saturday till Tuesday.
Working as VFD manager is paying off for Mark with a number of new and qualified real estate clients this week.

Diana made 3 new clients from working the leads she took on Virtual Floor Duty on Thursday evening!! This is a great way for agents to actually get to talk to active buyers. Its actually resulted in a $2.8M sale this year!
Diana also showed property in the $170K range, wrote an offer in the $130K range, met with 2 other new clients.
