Jeff finalized the sale of a Hendersonville lake home today for $326k last week which is always a good day.

He has been working on a Franklin condo offer for $160k which will hopefully close in the coming weeks. In addition he made an offer for his clients on a property in Nashville at $140k.  

He also has been showing Music Row property last Friday in the $700k price range. Showing commercial property next week up to $800k in Franklin, $1 million in Nashville and Williamson County property up to $1.1 million next weekend.

According to Jeff:  "It's only rock and roll but I like it!"

John Gilbert has had a great first week with TAREG after joining from another RE/MAX Elite team.

John joined TAREG on Wednesday last week and he was calling potential home buyers for the first time on Thursday :)

As a direct result of joining the team, John was out showing homes in the $250K - $350K in East Nashville on Friday. This was to a home buyer that registered on the site, looking for local information about the East Nashville area, and found the knowledge and service of John to be invaluable.

Although not every registration on the site leads to a contract on a home for sale, it does show the ability of the site to provide useful real estate information for people looking for information and pictures of homes and property for sale in the

Jason had a busy week showing houses in Murfreesboro, West Meade, and East Nashville.

He helped a first time home buyer couple put a home under contract in the $150k range in Murfreesboro.  

He has a closing coming up, hopefully this week, with a happy buyer!

In addition, he has two first time home buyers ready in the East Nashville area, as well as currently negotiating a condo deal around $300k.

Jason has been so busy he has hardly had time to work on Virtual Floor Duty!!! Busy times at TAREG.

Jeff Checko is writing and offer for $330k on the lake this weekend as well as expecting an offer on a condo listed in Bellevue.

He is preparing to make an offer on a short sale for a buyer at $439k in Nashville Williamson in addition to working on a $1M commercial deal.

Jeff also has two buyers coming in from out of state looking at $1M plus homes. Virtual Floor Duty is proving to be very beneficial for Jeff!

Diana has been on a mission to show view properties on Old Hickory Lake to her clients who are ready to make an offer in the 250K!!

In addition, she is searching for homes in Hendersonville and Gallatin in the $150K range for their parents as well.

She is still managing to follow up with new buyers and potential buyers, working virtual floor duty (VFD) and accepting new leads..and she is loving being busy selling Nashville real estate!

Here is a message from David just keeping me up to date with how his weeks is going. As you can see , like the rest of the team, things are going very well!

"I have written 2 offers in the $280 to $300K price range in Franklin.  I have one worked out and still negotiating on the other one. I sold one of my listings in Franklin around $300K and I'm waiting on an offer to come in on my listing in Green Hills which is priced at 400K. I have two $500 to $600K buyers coming in town over the next couple of weeks so I'm hoping to be busy writing more offers next week!"

Leanne continues a busy summer with a closing scheduled for the 25th at just under $450K, new clients from FL next week, shopping in the $200K range and a brand new listing in Franklin, just under $300K.

This past week she was showing homes in the $1-$2M range with Gary Ashton, and clients from Florida looking to relocate to the Franklin area where their business is now based. Laurelbrook and the Governors Club were two of their favorite subdivisions so far.

Been another busy week, worked out one of my offers from last week that will close next month, a home for 84,000.  Finalized an offer on my listing in Nashville for $168,000 to close next month. 

Completed a home inspection from my contract last week and that will close next month for 184,000.  I have been showing to two different clients this week. 

Showing tomorrow in the Mt. Juliet area and then headed to Hermitage to sign a contract on a new listing. 

I also did some preparation for a new client coming into town next week and talked to a couple of good leads this week that look promising as new clients! 

I will be ready to head out on the lake Sunday for a couple cold ones.

Missy Davidson has been extremely busy this week with a client closing Friday on property just under $100K in Kingston Springs.

She will be finalizing a new construction contract for a condo in Gateway in Brentwood this weekend in the mid $200's with clients from out of town.

Another out of client is considering placing a contract on a property in Brentwood in the upper $400's!  

She will have an open house this Sunday at her Cool Springs listing in Richards Glen from 2-4pm. This home is priced at $366,400 and is located at 118 Richards Glen Dr, Franklin, TN. Well worth taking a look at if you are looking for a home to buy in the Franklin TN area.

Andy Brown has keeping up the tradition in the TAREG team buy constantly staying busy with real estate!

He closed on a $215k house in Kingston Springs, negotiated repairs for a house in East Nashville and another in White House.  

Andy met a new client in Green Hills buying around $250k.  He has scheduled listing appointments in South Nashville for $110k and met painting and cleaning crews for a new listing in Bellevue for $200k.
