Having played professional baseball for 8 years (5 seasons with the Minnesota Twins and 2 seasons with the San Francisco Giants), he learned quickly that through hard work, dedication and commitment, success was inevitable.
Though shifting his focus from baseball to real estate in 2004, he knew that the same principals would apply to having a successful real estate career.
Although only practicing real estate for a short time, Allen was a multi-million dollar producer in his first year, and has been every year since.
