Though shifting his focus from baseball to real estate in 2004, he knew that the same principals would apply to having a successful real estate career.
Although only practicing real estate for a short time, Allen was a multi-million dollar producer in his first year, and has been every year since.

Allen was born and reared in the Nashville area, giving him over 30 years of working knowledge in the state including its communities, sports, recreational and job opportunities.
